The seller of each product and service offered through the Service is the instructor who provides the relevant lesson. Information about the seller of a particular lesson is shown on that lesson's booking page.

"Private Lesson" (the "Service"), operated by the Company, is a booking and management platform for dance- and fitness-related lessons. Through the Service, instructors list lessons and users book them. The Company acts as a platform operator providing booking and payment functions through the Service.
The sale price of each lesson is set by the instructor and is shown on that lesson's booking page (prices are displayed inclusive of consumption tax).
There are no fees payable by the user beyond the sale price. However, travel expenses to the lesson venue and any other costs the user incurs in attending a lesson are the user's responsibility.
At present, the only available payment method is in-person cash payment between the instructor and the user.
Online credit card payment is planned for future rollout. Once introduced, payments will be processed through the payment service Stripe; this page will be updated separately to reflect the new method.
Payment is made directly to the instructor on the day of the lesson, before or at the time the lesson begins.
After a booking is confirmed, the instructor will deliver the lesson to the user at the date and time stated for that lesson.
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with the cancellation policy set by the instructor for each lesson. The cancellation terms for each lesson are shown on that lesson's booking page. Please review them carefully before booking.
The Company is not involved in, and bears no responsibility for, refunds, disputes, or any other matters arising from cash payments made between the instructor and the user.
